He is actively involved in the financial management and day-to-day administration of the company. He over 23 years of experience including in production and marketing of computer hardware. He is a member of the CSE.

Pankaj D. Shah, 65
B.Sc. Physiotherapist
His individual membership of BSE was converted into Corporate membership in the name of Dolat Capital Market Pvt. Ltd. He has more than 33 years of experience in Capital markets. As a member of the BSE he was a market maker in over 300 scrips. He is also a member of the CSE.

Shailesh D. Shah, 60

Commerce graduate by qualification started his career at Dolat Group and has been instrumental in various initiatives of the group for almost four decades. Veteran of the Outcry era and a BSE Member for 15 years until he transferred his individual Membership in favor of a Dolat Group company. At Dolat, he is Responsible for Institutional Business and Risk Management.
